Can We Eat Before Workout Or After Confusion?

       Especially As we all know that workout 🏋️‍♀️ is very necessary in our life to being healthy and fit .When it comes to weight loss a balanced nutrition is very important for the person who is going to loss weight and gain weight.The timing of your meals is very important in the case of workout.

     Everyone is confused here that if you want to lose weight through exercise, you might be thinking whether its better to eat before or after your workout.The answer of this confusion is very important for us.
      
      Before your Workout it is good idea to take balanced meal such as protein ,carbohydrates and healthy foods about 2-3 hours ago before hand. Yes you can eat before yours workout,
exercise, running . You can less amount of food which gives us more energy . It can help your body to give power or extra 
energy for your workout. You can eat one banana before 1 hours ago and start your workout it will help us and provide us energy. 

   You can take enery drink before workout less amout of protein food items and carbohydrates items before ayour workout.Good meal options might include a turkey sandwich,
whole grain bread a smoothie with protein powder and fruits .
